The new Oki B2500 MFP Monochrome Laser Printer is PC compatible and has USB connection. The copying speed for B/W is 16 pages/minute while the copy resolution is 600 x 600 dpi. The reduction or enlargement ratio is 25-400 percent. The maximum writing speed (black) is also 16.0 pages/minute and its resolution is the same as for copying while the printing language used is GDI. Its standard memory is 32 MB (RAM) whereas the paper capacity is 250 sheets. Though colour printing is not provided the processor speed is 100MHz and its noise level is 52dB. It comes with a 3 year warranty and the power consumption is 340 watts.
This Oki laser printer also supports flatbed scanning (colour supportive) the optical resolution of which is 600 x 2400 dpi and the colour depth is 36 bit. It is Twain compliant and its dimensions are (W x H x D) 17 x 13 x 15 inches while it weighs 24.0lb. The Monthly Duty Cycle is 2000 pages whereas the total media capacity is 250 sheets. The Maximum Media Size (Standard) is Legal, A4 while for custom it is 216 mm (Legal) x 356 mm (Legal). The usable media types are transparencies, envelopes and plain paper whereas the power required is 220V–240V/ 50Hz/60Hz. Windows 98 SE / Millennium / 2000 / XP are the OS supported. 50/60 Hz is the required frequency whereas the maximum operating temperature is 32 °C and the minimum is 10 °C. The humidity range needed is 20 – 80%.
